Tims hand drawn sketch of the anchor and compass represent both Stability & Direction. This new addition is inspired by the time Tim spent at sea with his father (Tom) aboard the fishing boat. As a child Tim remembers his dad telling him to "throw the anchor over" during a storm, "it will keep us at bay until the seas calm and the storm passes" Tim spent many hours during his childhood and young adult life staring down at the compass in front of the boats wheel and keeping the nose of the 42'ft cape islander headed North, which lead to the shoreline of the home port. Both the anchor and the compass aboard that boat taught Tim a lot about Stability and Direction both out at sea and through his life journeys.
